Third party Inspection
We at CANGRAFT also provides third party comprehensive inspection for all types of Tower cranes to be utilized for different projects. We provide independent evaluation & verification for systems and procedures.
Our commitment is to provide quality assurance inspection on a consistent and reliable basis.
Regular Health Checkup of machines
Our well trained service engineers have expertise in their respective fields. As and when the service is due for the concerned machine, our service engineer visit the site with prior appointment to site in charge for the health check up the m/c.
The major areas of inspection are :- Hoisting, Trolley and Slewing
  1. Proper Lubrication, Oiling and cleanliness of all the parts of the m/c being done.
  2. Leakages if any being checked and rectified.
  3. Brake system being checked thoroughly. Oiling and efficiency of brakes being checked and maintained.
  4. Wire rope condition be checked properly.Do lubrication and tightened the rope if required.
  5. Motor terminal connections and currnet being checked .
  6. Gear Box being checked and oiling and cleaning being done.
Operations and Maintenance
O&M means the functions , duties and labor associated with the daily operations and normal repairs, replacement of parts and structural components, and other activities needed to preserve an equipment so that it continues to provide acceptable services and achieves its expected life.
Any machiney cannot operate at peak without being maintained .

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) is maintenance &repair services rendered by the service provider and manufactures to the customers at an exchange of prices, once the manufacturers’ warranty is over for the machine.

CANGRAFT provides different types of AMC that can be availed in accordance to the needs and requirements of the clinets.
Mast Addition , Anchorage Fixing & Climbing
We take up Erection, Dismantling jobs including Height increasing , fixing C’frames etc for Tower Cranes & Hoists.
Site to Site Transportation of Equipment
Construction equipments are large and heavy by nature . Our team of logistics specialists and professional drivers will get your heavy machinery where you need it. We at CANGRAFT has the ability to perform Construction Equipment Transportation from Site to Site .
Our professional and experinced fully bonded , licensed and insured drivers are capable of transporting construction equipment with a multitude of trailers.
